Refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund.
Mayhem Automotive Services reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis and may require additional information or evidence to process the refund.
If the refund request is approved, Mayhem Automotive Services will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 days of approval.

Shipping and handling fees paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the refund is issued due to an error on the part of Mayhem Automotive Services.

Customers must inspect any products supplied by Mayhem Automotive Services upon receipt and report any defects or damages to Mayhem Automotive Services within 48 hours of delivery.
